In order for a copyrighted logo or design to be used, you must provide the artwork. If we have problems with the item to be inserted, such as the paper it is printed on, it’s size or construction obstacles, NorthStar has the right to omit it.
Appliance and mouth sizes vary. Designs may be altered to fit your appliance. If what you have chosen does not suit your appliance, we will contact your doctor.
