Connect with NorthStar

  • Log In To Your CS Connect Account Online
  • Click on the Three People Picture –
  • Click on “Invite a Partner”
  • Enter our email in the email field: [email protected]
  • An invitation box will appear and allow you to send NorthStar an invitation. Once Sent Our Representatives will Accept Your Invitatio

Send NorthStar Your Files

  • Open Your CareStream Software and Go To Scans You Wish To Send To NorthStar
  • If You Use CS Imaging – Select The Model and Choose “CS Connect”
  • If You Use CS Orthodontic Imaging – Right Click on Model and Choose “CS Connect”
  • A Separate Web Browser Will Pop Up With Your Scan
  • A New Case Will Appear In Your CS Connect Case List With Its Own Case ID Number
  • Fill Out the Notes Comment Box Completely With Your Prescription Needs and Due Date of Appliance So We Can Ensure Your Case Arrives Correctly & on Time. Click Send.
